Hristo Naydenov is among those artists who discover vast worlds in the smallest format. Born in 1971 in Gorna Oryahovitsa, he graduated from the University of Veliko Tarnovo with a degree in Graphics under Prof. Nikola Hadjitanev and from the very beginning of his creative path, he focused on the art of exlibris, miniature graphics and illustration - areas that require both technical perfection and exceptional concentration of the image.

In Naydenov's works, detail is never just decoration. His compositions combine the precision of classical graphic techniques with a rich symbolic world, in which mythology, history and imagination meet in complex visual narratives. Working primarily in etching, aquatint and mezzotint, the author builds images that invite the viewer to a slower and more careful look - a quality that is increasingly rare in contemporary visual culture.

Over the years, Hristo Naydenov has participated in numerous international competitions and exhibitions, and his works have received recognition in Bulgaria, China, Poland and other countries. Among his distinctions are the awards from the International Exlibris Competition in Varna, as well as a number of international prizes for small graphics and Exlibris - a field in which he has established himself as one of the significant Bulgarian names.

In parallel with his active creative activity, Naydenov has devoted more than two decades to teaching at the Veliko Tarnovo University "St. St. Cyril and Methodius", where he works in the Department of Graphics and participates in the training of new generations of artists.

Today, Hristo Naydenov continues to actively create and participate in national and international exhibitions. His art proves that true mastery does not depend on scale - sometimes the greatest stories can be told in the space of a small graphic.
