Yavora Petrova is a contemporary Bulgarian artist, born in 1957 in Sofia. She graduated from the National Academy of Arts with a degree in "Illustration and Book Layout" under Prof. Hristo Neykov and Prof. Rumen Skorchev. She works in the fields of drawing, graphics and painting, and her works are distinguished by their poetic nature, delicate lines and strong emotional presence. She often finds inspiration in literature, nature and the human figure, combining classical technique with a deeply contemplative approach. She has had over 40 solo exhibitions, and her works are part of collections in Bulgaria and abroad.
